First Choice Care (FCC), Inc. was incorporated in 2016 to provide services that meet and surpass the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These services are provided within an environment that realizes each individual’s capacity to learn, grow, and develop, irrespective of their disability. We are a team of dedicated professionals who have worked in the healthcare field for over ten (10) years.
First Choice Care (FCC), Inc. is committed to providing excellent care through an array of services and supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in our community residential group homes, which include:
